The location was close to Highway and stores. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Things were broken in the room and you could tell no one had cleaned the bathroom in the pool area the whole time we were there. (4 days)

I've stayed here a few times and the hotel breakfast is the best I think I've ever had, always has different options and is delicious. The room is nice and clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Kevin and the front desk assistant were amazing. Check in was easy and quick. When we got to our room we realized that they had given us a king and pullout we had reservations for 2 queens and a pullout. By the time we got back to the front desk they had realized the error and were already working on fixing it. Room was clean and neat. Location was perfect for our plans close to restaurants within walking distance.

I spend a great 3 weeks here recently. The staff are awesome! The breakfast... Is beyond expectation.

location, close to grocery store, lots of restaurants, shopping and costco. Also great one bedroom unit and decent breakfast. Mostly clean room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but service quality this time around has substantially declined. I reported faulty, blinking lights since I arrived … It’s the 3rd day now, and still not fixed. When asked, the front desk seem to be not aware if Maintenance team even looked at it already. I am actually not sure if they truly reported it to begin with. I was asking for a bottle of water and was told that it’s not free anymore (I remember getting at least 2 free bottles before) and need to pay $1.

What a frustrating hotel. Stains everywhere in our room. Very rude staff. Must reiterate this after so many rude encounters. No ability to help with cash for the laundry. Laundry ate my money and wouldn’t dry anything. They filled in or were too cheap for a hot tub. The view out the windows is of a nicer hotel next door. And our room never got cool. Overall a bummer.
